    Do you have the part I need?

    We have a vast inventory that will help us find your part but if we don’t have the part, we are able to track down parts easily as we have a network with more than 4000 yards across the US.

    What condition are your used parts in?

    We only deal with ‘A’ Grade parts, all of the parts are O.E.M. manufactured and we will send you a picture before it is shipped out. Additionally, all our parts are tested to make sure that they are in good working condition. 

    Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your parts?

    We do offer warranties on parts like transmission and engine. However, we do NOT offer warranties on body parts as they can get damaged while shipping. Please refer to our warranty page on the website for more details or simply ask your sales representative for more details on the same.

    Can you help me find a specific part for my vehicle if you don't have it in stock?

    Yes, we have tie ups with over 4000 yards across the US and we can help find the part for your vehicle if we don’t have it in stock at that moment. Please make sure to have your vehicle’s VIN number handy while talking to us.

    What is your return policy?

    Yes, we do have a return policy, Please refer to the ‘return policy’ option on our website to know more or ask the sales representative for more information.

    Do you sell parts for specific makes and models?

    All our parts are used O.E.M so they are made specifically for your automobile by the manufacturers themselves. We assure you of great quality and fit.

    Are your parts tested or inspected before being sold?

    Yes, all the parts are tested and inspected by our certified mechanic before they are sent out. We only deal with ‘A’ grade parts and they are O.E.M. so they are made to specifically fit your automobile and the quality is assured.

    Do you offer shipping or delivery services?

    Yes, we ship all across the country and offer express shipping so we can help get your automobile back on the road as soon as possible.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer credit/Debit card payment, wire transfer and other modes of payment.

    Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or frequent customers?

    We offer a 10% discount if you are a new customer and a 25% discount if you buy 3 or more parts in the same order.

    Quotation

    Based on the inquiry review, our teams verifies the products and if required we pro-actively reach out to our customers.

    Confirmation

    Upon acceptance of the quotation by the customer, we proceed to confirm the order and initiate the next process.

    Packing

    All items in an order are carefully packed by our team to ensure that they reach the customer is the best condition.

    Shipping

    All orders are process and shipped via trusted couriers.  Upon dispatching the order we share the tracking code and link with our Customers.

    Order Delivery

    After completion, the order is carefully packaged and delivered to the customer’s specified location within the agreed-upon timeframe.
