The shipping process includes several steps to ensure that the customer has a good experience and that there are no hiccups during the whole process.

Step 1: Placing the order

A customer service representative will be assigned as soon as the order has been paid for and an order number will be generated. Once the part required has been extracted from one of the vehicles we have at our 4000+ yards across the United States, the order number is assigned.

Step 2: Extraction and Preparation

The part once extracted is carefully packaged to prevent any damages during transit, this involves using specialized boxes or materials to ensure the part reaches the customer intact without any nicks and scratches. We pick the best carriers available to ensure that the part is sent quickly and safely. This involves getting in touch with multiple reliable carriers. We also check if the customer preferred standard shipping which would be included in the invoice or they would like to have it sent through express shipping which will cost extra with the charges depending on the customer’s zip code.

Step 3: Confirmation

We at Royal Auto Parts are extremely transparent when it comes to the part that is being shipped out and to ensure complete transparency we send a picture of the part that we are shipping out before sending it to our valued customers. Another step we take to ensure transparency is to send a donor VIN so the customer has clarity as to which car the part is extracted from. Only after we get authorization to ship the part out can we proceed with the next step.

Step 4: Order Dispatch

If the order is not dispatched within 7 days of the order being placed we will refund the amount collected from our valuable customers to keep our company ethos and beliefs intact as we take it upon ourselves to provide exceptionally smooth service throughout the ordering process.

Step 5: Real time tracking

The tracking ID will be sent to the customer immediately when the order is shipped out. The customer can use this ID to track the order in real-time or call the customer service representative for updates as well. This whole process is seamless and customers report getting their orders promptly.

Step 6: Delivery confirmation:

The customer will receive a call from the delivery person before arrival to ensure the customer is available and we will also get notified when the order has reached the destination.
